Built for operators who want a repeatable way to sell clothing

rihvelnox is a London-based course studio focused on the mechanics behind sell-through: assortment logic, inventory timing, merchandising rules, and the online store routines that keep trade steady.

Retail maths

Margin, markdown rate, and sell-through used as decision tools.

Weekly rhythm

A trading review routine that becomes a habit, not a spreadsheet event.

Online + store

Merchandising rules that translate across channels without gimmicks.

Why the course exists

We built rihvelnox after seeing how often retail decisions were driven by instinct rather than a simple operating model.

Our story

A course built from the unglamorous parts of retail

rihvelnox started in 2021 after our team saw the same pattern across boutiques and early-stage online stores: strong taste and strong ambition, but no shared language for the commercial basics. Range decisions drifted, intake plans changed weekly, and markdowns happened out of anxiety rather than a clear cadence. The problem was not effort—it was the lack of a simple operating system.

We built the programme by turning everyday retail routines into teachable frameworks. You will see practical topics like price architecture, size curves, and SKU hygiene treated as first-class skills, alongside branding and marketing. The goal is to help you make fewer “hope-based” decisions and more methodical ones—especially when sales are uneven and you need to protect cash.

The course remains grounded in real workflows: weekly trading reviews, merchandising checklists, and the small decisions that compound over a season. It is education, not a promise of any business outcome.

Mission

Teach clear clothing retail systems—assortment logic, inventory planning, merchandising discipline, and online store operations—so learners can run trade with fewer surprises and better decisions.

What we value

  • Clarity over jargon: a small set of KPIs with direct actions.
  • Decision hygiene: range filters, promo guardrails, and documentation that survives busy weeks.
  • Respect for context: what works depends on your channel mix, budget, and market timing.

Where we work

Our registered address is 11 Boundary Street, Shoreditch, London E2 7JE, United Kingdom. Course support is handled primarily by email to keep communication traceable and privacy-first.

Team

A small team with a retail-ops bias

rihvelnox is built by people who like the practical side of fashion retail: category roles, floor logic, checkout friction, returns handling, and the quiet discipline of a weekly trading review. We write content with the learner in mind: clear language, concrete examples, and checklists that still work on a busy Monday.

Harper J. — Curriculum Lead (PgCert Education)

Harper has spent 10+ years translating messy retail realities into teachable routines. Her specialty is building clear learning sequences: range planning first, then intake cadence, then merchandising, then review. Learners know her for the “one-page rules” that reduce decision fatigue. Outside work, she collects vintage lookbooks and annotates them like textbooks.

Noah R. — Inventory and Trading Instructor (CIPS)

Noah has worked in stock planning and allocation for 9 years, with a focus on size curves, intake timing, and simple open-to-buy discipline for small operators. He is known for turning KPIs like weeks of cover into plain actions: reorder, re-merchandise, or exit. His favourite lesson is the one on “calm markdown cadence.” He keeps a paper notebook for weekly review notes—no matter how digital the stack gets.

Amelia S. — E-commerce Operations Coach (Shopify Foundations)

Amelia has spent 8 years improving product pages, collection merchandising, and service workflows for online stores. Her focus is the unglamorous conversion levers: product data consistency, image sequencing, fit notes, and returns policy clarity. She is known for turning a chaotic PDP into a checklist that the whole team can follow. On weekends she visits markets to study how real shoppers compare items and ask questions.

Education-first promise

rihvelnox is designed for learning purposes. We teach methods, frameworks, and routines, but we do not guarantee earnings, profit, sales volume, or any business outcome. Your results depend on execution, product-market fit, pricing, marketing, operations, and market conditions.
